please help me!!! my lantis does't start!
hi everyone,
i need some advise from u all because i think the problem that was happen to me now maybe some of u out there have facing it before,
yesterday morning when i warming up my lantis h/b 1.6 i heard some tapping sound from engine,i think its a normal
so i reverse my car,suddenly my car was shutdown.
im try to start again and again but the engine wont running ( fyi the starter is crank)
so i check the spark plug - all the spark plugs not fired at all & 1 more thing , usually when to start the engine a 'klak' sound will heard but right now its not happen (no 'klak' sound )
so someone please help me to solve this problem...

actually which one is a fuel pump fuse...
i just try it but its not work...adoi x dpt la nak balik kampung hujung minggu ni...
anyone have a idea...
Your timing belt snapped? Open ur engine oil cap and ask someone to start the engine. Check wether the cam is moving or not....
i just do it the cam is moving, fyi im also not heard any sound from fuel pump...
sound like wiring problem or the fuel pump malfunction.
hope its not a big and complicated problems...maybe tomorrow i'll asked the workshop that have a diagnosis tools to see my car
if fuel pump problem, u still can crank but engine wont start.
that loud tapping sound, i pernah kena dulu. can drive safely home, but upon checking the engine cover crack already because timing belt wheel loose or something.
Try to unplug all the fuse inside the fuse box (near battery) and plug it back....especially the fuse for fuel pump.
